“I highly recommend Handy Manny for any jobs that need to be done around the house. I wanted to have my laundry room moved up from the basement after my knee replacement. I called and they got started in a timely manner, and finished with no delays.…”

Diana needed her laundry moved upstairs after knee replacement surgery — no more trips to the basement. Handy Manny converted the half bath quickly, protected the floors throughout, cleaned up daily, and left her with a laundry room she loves.
Lexington, KY
“We had an exhaust fan and light installed in our bathroom. We previously had no exhaust, so this involved roof work, duct work, and electrical work. As well as having the "slap-mop" ceilings converted to smooth ceilings.…”

“I discovered last month that I had a leak in my bathroom that had been going on for a long time, to the point that my subfloor was rotted in parts. I got a couple of estimates, but when I met Manny, I just had the best feeling about him.…”

High-ticket projects
Commercial and serious residential buyers often compare on price alone. These are the operational differences that separate a coordinated build from a race to the bottom—and where low bids usually cut corners first.
Low bids often skip line-item detail, then rely on change orders once work starts. We align on scope, allowances, and exclusions up front so the estimate reflects the job you intend to build—not a ballpark figure that shifts mid-project.
Discount crews often hand off to rotating leads you never meet. Your project moves under direct owner oversight through estimating, sequencing, and walkthrough so accountability stays with the people signing off on delivery.
The cheapest bid rarely includes clear coverage after closeout. We document warranty terms in writing so commercial buyers and homeowners know what is covered and how to resolve issues after punch list—not after the crew has moved on.
Estimates, permits, inspection results, and scope changes live in a paper trail everyone can reference. That matters when insurers, lenders, or tenants ask what was done—and when you need to prove the job matched the agreement.
Separate subs pointing at each other is where cheap jobs bleed time and money. We coordinate trades, inspections, and handoffs so sequencing stays coherent from rough-in through finish—without you running point between crews.
Why homeowners call us
You will not be handed off to a sales rep. Manny reviews the scope, walks the site, and stays on the project from first estimate to final walkthrough.
