What We Look For

General liability insurance
Active coverage (or a clear path to it). Share your certificate of insurance so we can keep it on file.
Workers' comp where required
If you carry a crew, we'll need proof of workers' comp before crews are on a job site together.
W9 on file
We pay as a 1099 subcontractor relationship, so a current W9 keeps payment clean and on time.
Licensing for your trade
Where Kentucky requires a license for your trade, we'll need the number on file.
Quality of work
Photos of previous work tell us more than references. Show us what you're proud of.
Reliability
Show up when you say you will, communicate early when plans change, and stand behind your work.

Is this employment or subcontract work?
It is a 1099 subcontractor relationship, not employment. You run your own business; we bring you steady project work and a clear scope.
What trades are you looking for?
Roofing, drywall, framing/carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, painting, concrete/masonry, demolition, excavation/grading, insulation, restoration/mitigation, and general labor. If your trade is not listed, choose Other and tell us.
Do I need insurance to apply?
You can apply now and send documents after. To be cleared for work we'll need a current certificate of insurance, a W9, and any license your trade requires in Kentucky.
Do you handle insurance / restoration jobs?
Yes. Water, fire, and storm restoration is a core part of our work. If you have mitigation or restoration experience, flag it on your application.
What areas do you cover?
