My name is Manuel Santos - Manny - and I'm the owner, the foreman, and the guy you'll see on your job site from day one to done. I started Handy Manny's LLC to build something Lexington didn't have: a general contractor you can actually reach, a crew you can actually trust, and work that's done right because the owner is watching.
Who I Am

I'm a minority-owned contractor running a team of 60+ tradespeople out of Lexington, Kentucky. I didn't inherit this business. I built it the same way I build everything - one job at a time, showing up early, staying late, and never letting a client wonder what's going on with their project.
I started Handy Manny's LLC because I saw how the industry treated people. Homeowners getting low-balled by insurance adjusters. Families living in damaged homes while contractors dragged their feet. Investors leaving money on the table because nobody on the job understood the bigger picture. I understood it. And I knew I could do better.
So I built a company around one principle: the person whose name is on the business is the person responsible for every nail, every permit, and every phone call. That's not a tagline - that's how I run things every single day.
